3. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data with payment gateways, couriers, hosting and email providers under appropriate safeguards, and with regulators or law enforcement when legally required.
4. Security & retention
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures. No system is completely secure. We retain records as needed for contracts, tax and consumer law.

Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch or collection. We may cancel orders for pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock issues.
Pricing & payment
Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due in full before dispatch via methods shown at checkout.
Delivery
Delivery fees are calculated per our Shipping Policy (distance-based, currently R9.00 per km from our store). Dates you select at checkout are requests, not guaranteed times.
Risk & title
Risk passes on handover to the courier. Title passes when payment clears.
Intellectual property
All site content is owned by us or licensors. Unauthorised copying or use is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss except where the CPA prohibits exclusion.
Governing law
South African law applies. You consent to the jurisdiction of the Magistrate’s Court (or High Court where competent) in Gauteng.
Shipping & delivery policy
We deliver floral and related products from Cnr. Brand Road &, Swart Dr, President Park AH, Midrand, 1685 to addresses you provide at checkout.
Delivery areas
We primarily serve Gauteng and surrounding areas. Very long distances may be declined or quoted separately. Enter your full street address, city and postcode at checkout for an accurate fee.
How fees are calculated
Standard delivery is charged at R9.00 per kilometre (driving distance from our store to your address), plus any product-specific handling shown on the product page. If we cannot calculate distance, a flat fallback rate may apply.
Delivery dates
You may choose a preferred delivery date at checkout. The earliest date is 2 days after you place your order. We will try to meet your date but times are estimates only — not guaranteed — due to traffic, weather, load-shedding or courier constraints.
Recipient availability
You must provide a correct address and contact number. If nobody is available, redelivery may incur extra charges. Perishable goods cannot be held indefinitely.
Damaged on arrival
Report damage within 24 hours with photos to the contact email below. See our Returns Policy for remedies under the Consumer Protection Act.

Returns & refunds policy
We want you to be happy with your order. This policy works together with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) and ECTA — your statutory rights are not reduced.
Perishable & personalised goods
Fresh flowers, preserved arrangements and custom/personalised items cannot be returned for change of mind because of their nature (CPA regulation 5 and ECTA cooling-off exclusions).
Defective or incorrect items
If goods are defective, not as described, or we delivered the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We may offer replacement, repair or refund as required by CPA section 56 (implied warranty of quality).
Non-perishable goods (ECTA cooling-off)
For qualifying non-perishable, non-personalised goods bought online, you may cancel within 7 days of delivery without reason, return unused goods in original packaging at your cost, and receive a refund within 10 business days after inspection.
How to start a return

- Wait for our written approval and instructions.
- Do not return perishable goods without approval — they cannot be resold.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method. We may deduct reasonable handling costs or diminution in value where the CPA allows.
Disputes
Unresolved complaints may be referred to the National Consumer Commission (thencc.gov.za) or the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (cgso.org.za).

CPA section 55 — quality
Goods must be reasonably suitable, in good working order, free of defects and usable for a reasonable period (typically six months for general goods). This does not cover misuse, ordinary wear, or perishable deterioration after delivery.
Fair value & honest dealing
We describe products accurately. Promotional prices are honoured while stock lasts. Errors may be corrected before dispatch.
